How to choose my size ?

Each brand has its size guide. As you know, with some brands, you wear M while with some others you’ll wear L.
At HANDCOH, we want your garment to fit you perfectly. That’s why we set up different size guides and videos to explain how to take your own measures.

If you’ve even the slightest hesitation in choosing your size, feel free to contact us by email on and we’ll gladly answer your questions at lightning speed!

I didn't choose the right size while ordering. Can I change it?

If you passed an order with the wrong size, you can contact us by email on with your order number in object and we’ll update your order. Once it’s done, we’ll send you back your confirmation order.

What's my order status?

The estimated date of shipment is mentioned on each garment page from our E-shop. It’s also written on the order confirmation you received. Once your order is shipped, you get a notification by email with your tracking number and instructions giving you the possibility to track down the parcel. In case you couldn’t find the email, kindly send us an email : .

When am I paying?

Once you click on “Order”, you’ll be redirected to the payment interface where you’ll be able to choose how you want to proceed : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Paypal. The amount for your order will be charged while you’ll get your order confirmation by email.

Is there any risk with online payment?

Through Paypal or Braintree, your payment is encrypted and you’re safe from any risks of misuse of your account even if you pay with your credit card.

Why Paypal and Braintree ?

Paypal and Braintree are providing encryptions and all security necessary for a smooth payment. You can also proceed with a credit card.

I received my product but I want to send it back.

You received your parcel but the product doesn’t fit your expectations? You can easily return the products to us within 30 days after receiving them at your place. To do so, you’ve to write us: before sending back the box. Indeed, we’ll provide you the return voucher that you’ll need to attach to the parcel when you send it back. We remind you that garments returned should not have been worn, be properly packed in the original packaging. Labels and tags should not be removed. If these instructions aren’t observed, we couldn’t proceed with reimbursement. Once the parcel is received, we check each garment returned in order to proceed with your refund within 10 days.

I received my product but I want to exchange it.

HANDCOH manufactures garments for each outfit according to the orders that were received. In case you’d want to exchange a product for another size, you’ve to write to within 30 days after receiving the parcel. The process to return the product is the same as for a classic return. Once we receive the garments, we check that all labels and stickers are still there, that it’s not been worn and depending on availability, we proceed with the shipment of the new size or to your refund.

How long does it take to get a refund?

First, we’ve to get the parcel. When we receive it, we check the products. We remind you that labels and stickers have to be present, uncut and that the garments must be clean, as never worn. The refund is then done within 10 days after receiving the parcel.

Do you deliver all over the world ?

Yes! We deliver HANDOCH products all over the world. Select your country while ordering your garments or outfit. Kindly note that depending on the order value, some customs fees may be applied when you receive the parcel. We recommend you to check with the post office of your country to know about additional fees you may have to support. Also, depending on your country’s customs rules, the delivery date may be delayed.

I don't know my size. Do you send some garments to check the fit ?

No. We don’t send any product for fitting. However, we set up for each garment a fitting guide to make sure you can check your size properly. If you’ve any question, feel free to contact us on and we’ll be glad helping you.

I move to another place but my order is already passed. How can I modify the delivery address ?

As long as the product isn’t shipped, you can login on and update your delivery address in your profile. If you have any difficulty in updating these information, feel free to write us on with your order number in subject and your updated post address in the text of your email.

How do you deliver the products?

The day the parcel is shipped, you get an email with the tracking number.Such delivery in Europe takes up to 7 days. Deliveries out of Europe can take more time.
